So not much has really been happening, as I said before, working loads! Been mostly sitting in a tractor all day ploughing, which is quite boring. Reason I have been in the tractor so much is because we are laying new grass seed in all the paddocks for the cows (or moo moo's as new guy calls em), but we only do this once a year, so soon we will be done and I can get back in to stock work.
Today, is my first day off in 4ish weeks, so I made the most of it, kinda. Last night went to town to watch Sucker Punch then go to the clubs. Problem is, Sucker Punch was such a bad film, it just put me and Georgi in to such a lame mood we just went home. Went to get Burger King on the way home, and they had run out of buns, lol! So today, got to lay in, then we went for a big family lunch with Paul's family and extended family, which was awesome, then played some basketball and football for a bit. This afternoon, coupled with some beer, me and Georgi went shooting with Dwayne (works at German Creek). Never shot a real gun before, so this was good fun. But dam they are loud! Now we have practised a bit, next time we have a day off, we'll go hunting, which should be good.
Not really that much to report, I've really settled in to this job and very happy here, more than happy to be here until November. Although really looking forward to my trip to Cairns in June, will be so nice and warm. Recently the temperature has been as low as 10*c here, cant believe Guernsey has been hotter than Australia, insanity!
